Shipping: It's Easy to select from the wide range of shipping options offered during the checkout process.Simply choose the shipper, time frame and cost that works best for you! All domestic orders will have tracking information. Once your order has shipped you will receive your tracking information via email. We recommend UPS to protect your packages against damages or loss of merchandise during shipping. Packages shipped with the flat rate standard shipping option may be shipped through USPS or UPS, please add a note on your order if you would like us to add optional insurance to your shipping bill as we do not cover loss or damage incurred by the shipper.

International Orders: We are happy to ship your international order.While we can not take responsibility for international orders lost or damaged due to international shipping we are happy to help you protect your investment by carefully packaging your order and helping you to select the best shipper. You may find that USPS Global Standard is the most reasonably priced shipping choice for international orders However to protect your order from loss or damage you are encouraged to select USPS Priority or UPS global shipping

Maryland Residents: All taxable items shipped within Maryland will incur a 6% sales tax on the product total.

Easy Returns:Unused merchandise may be returned in it's original condition, Simply contact us within 10 days of the original post marked shipping date for an RMA# and return shipping instructions. Shipping charges are non refundable. Simply email customer service at customercare@shopkirdevries.com to request your return authorization number and return shipping information. Please note that clearance items (listed on our Sale page) are not eligible for return.When your return is processed the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. Many customers choose the free or flat rate shipping however the actual shipping charges are frequently higher. We kindly ask that you contact us via email before returning your item to receive return instructions & an RMA.

When returning an item you have the choice of:

-A refund of your items purchase price.

-An even exchange.

-Applying the credit toward other merchandise in the shop.

- Store credit to be used within one year.

We want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience and will give you up to one year to use your store credit and will also pay for the shipping of your exchange or new item should you select one of these options.

Sale Items

Due to the costs associated with running promotions, sale items are non returnable. This includes not only our standard clearance/sale page but also any special promotions or seasonal sales. This includes items of which the price has been reduced from their recommended retail price. You may still use a promotional code on a regularly priced item and we will gladly exchange or return/refund the item for you.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-returnable. They are valid for up to one year from time of purchase and can be used to purchase any item that is in stock at the time of redemption. For security purposes, gift card codes should not be shared.

Discounts and Coupon Codes

Only one coupon code/discount may be applied to each order. Choose the one that best suits your needs and apply the appropriate code upon check out.
